Go Jaguars!

The Fall Semester of College has begun, and it has been an absolute whirlwind! So much so that I managed to twist my ankle from running around campus. But, I must say, it feels significantly better than the time I managed to twist my ankle from tripping over a pile of clothes. I digress. Our first assignments are currently being graded, and the anxiety I had from high school slowly creeps in but waiting until my late 20's to apply for school feels like it was the best choice. My time management could use work as I'm still a parent with children who depend on me, but everything is working out smoothly. When I applied, I had every intention of going in as a History Major. However, after talking to the academic advisor and making changes to the class schedule, I'm now going in for Law. We will meet again in October to solidify this change and build a course of action so I can stay on track. My long-term goals? Transfer to University, pass my LSAT, and hopefully, get into Stanford Law. Right now, I should be returning to studying, but I wanted to post some updates on life, at least. I have my boys, my friends, and the support of my family. Life is good! There will be a short period coming ahead where I'll be able to post here; until then, stay hydrated, take care, and I'll see ya'll then.
